Restaurant Manager – Tim Hortons (Rosthern, SK)

Location: Rosthern, SK

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Expected Hours: 40–45 hours per week

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year

Additional Pay: Bonus Pay

Financial Management
  • Use restaurant-specific insights to plan budgets, maximize profits, and achieve sales and transaction targets.
  • Control food, paper, and labour costs while managing payroll with precision.
People Management
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-performing employees.
  • Motivate your team to hit targets, grow their skills, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Build strong “bench strength” by mentoring high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, the Area Manager, and the Restaurant Owner to ensure seamless operations.
