THE ROLEUnder the supervision of the Store Manager, the incumbent will prepare, cook, and serve food in accordance with menus, established and standardized recipes, and production control charts. The Cook will be responsible to ensure that quality products and services are provided in accordance with identified standards. The incumbent will operate kitchen equipment, restock shelves and maintain a clean and sanitary work

Education, Certifications and Licenses
- High school diploma AND several years experience in the food service sector, or in a related hospitality field
- Food Handling Certification, as required
