Commercial Tile & Flooring Specialist $25โ€“$35/hour | Weekdays | Chicago, IL

With more than three decades in the industry, we've built a reputation for delivering dependable, high-quality commercial flooring solutions. Our projects span across multiple states, and we continue to grow by partnering with contractors and clients who value consistency, craftsmanship, and professionalism.

We're currently adding a skilled installer to our team-someone who takes ownership of their work and is comfortable working across a variety of flooring applications, with a strong emphasis on tile.

Position Overview

As a Commercial Tile & Flooring Specialist, you'll be responsible for installing tile in commercial environments, along with assisting on projects involving carpet, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), and other flooring materials as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys steady work, takes pride in precision, and can operate both independently and within a crew.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Hourly pay ranging from $25 to $35, based on experience
  • Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime may be available depending on project demands
