Roof Tile Specialists está buscando un Técnico de Garantías en Techos confiable y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo en Pompano Beach, Florida. En este puesto, será responsable de realizar reparaciones bajo garantía, diagnosticar filtraciones, completar trabajos de servicio y asegurar que cada reparación cumpla con nuestros altos estándares de calidad y satisfacción del cliente.

Responsabilidades
  • Realizar reparaciones de garantía en sistemas de techos residenciales.

  • Diagnosticar filtraciones y determinar el origen de los problemas en el techo.

  • Reparar o reemplazar materiales de techado según sea necesario.

  • Completar listas de pendientes (punch list) y trabajos de servicio.

  • Instalar y utilizar correctamente escaleras, sistemas de protección contra caídas y demás equipos de seguridad.

  • Cargar, descargar, transportar y mantener herramientas y materiales de trabajo.

  • Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y organizadas.

  • Comunicarse de manera profesional con propietarios de viviendas, supervisores y compañeros de trabajo.

  • Documentar el trabajo realizado mediante fotografías y reportes de servicio.

  • Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad de OSHA y las políticas de la empresa.

  • Realizar otras funciones asignadas por la gerencia.

Requisitos
  • Experiencia previa en instalación o reparación de techos (teja, shingles o techos planos).

  • Experiencia en detección y reparación de filtraciones (preferida).

  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente con mínima supervisión.

  • Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.

  • Habilidad para resolver problemas.

  • Puntualidad, responsabilidad y excelente ética de trabajo.

  • Licencia de conducir válida con buen historial de manejo (preferida).

  • Capacidad para levantar más de 50 libras.
