We are seeking an experienced Tile Setter to join our team for residential and high-end projects. The ideal candidate must have proven experience with proper slope preparation, waterproofing systems, and precision tile installation. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a crew.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full tile installations including floors, walls, showers, and wet areas

  • Execute proper slope prep for shower pans and drainage systems

  • Install waterproofing systems (e.g., membranes, pans, liners)

  • Prepare substrates (mud work, leveling, backer board, crack isolation)

  • Cut, set, grout, and finish tile to high-quality standards

  • Read and follow plans, layouts, and specifications

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site


Requirements

  • Valid DL with clean driving record.

  • Minimum 3 years of professional tile-setting experience

  • Strong experience with slope prep and drainage compliance

  • Proficiency with mud work and waterproofing systems

  • Ability to work with porcelain, ceramic, stone, and large-format tile

  • Own basic tools required for tile installation

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
