Full-Time | Bowen Remodeling and Design | Crofton, MD

We specialize in high-quality kitchen, bath, and home renovations, built on craftsmanship, customer service, and trust. We’re expanding our team with dedicated, skilled professionals who want to be part of a company with a long-standing reputation in the community.
The Position
We are hiring a full-time Carpenter/Tile Setter to join our crew. This role involves hands-on remodeling work and direct interaction with clients. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and able to work independently. Hourly employees only—no subcontractors.
Must have advanced tile-setting expertise, including porcelain, marble, glass, large-format, and mosaic installations.
Must be trained and experienced in the Schluter Shower System.
Must thrive in a structured work environment and be an “A-player” who consistently delivers excellence.
We pay above the going rate for experienced, highly skilled tile setters.
Responsibilities
• Perform demolition/tear-outs
• Install waterproofing systems
• Expertly set a wide variety of tile types, including porcelain, marble, glass, large-format, and mosaics
• Install cabinetry and related finish carpentry work
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service while representing our company on job sites
• Collaborate with a team of high-performing professionals to complete projects on schedule and to exacting standards
Requirements
• Proven carpentry skills and advanced tile-setting experience across multiple materials and layouts
• Trained and experienced in the Schluter Shower System
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a structured process
• Strong customer service and communication skills (English required)
• Clean background check and valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Professional demeanor and reliability
• Commitment to being an “A-player” — motivated, accountable, and focused on excellence
