The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installs, repairs and/or maintaining machinery, equipment, physical structures, building systems and outside environment. Assists with the overall up keep of the community and grounds. Excellent opportunity for a team player that can provide maintenance support in a professional and confidential manner. Responsibilities
1. Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
