Tile Installer / Tile Setter (Full-Time)Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tile Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tile installation, framing, and shower systems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship. This role involves working on pod-style builds and requires precision, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.


Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately read and interpret tape measurements, prints, and work orders
  • Install backer board and properly prepare surfaces for tile
  • Frame and build pod walls using lumber, ensuring all structures are square and plumb
  • Install shower pans according to specifications
  • Cut tile using a wet saw and hand tools as needed
  • Install various tile types, including:
    • Straight tile layouts
    • Wavy/feature tile
    • Accent tile
    • DumaWall systems or similar products
  • Apply mortar and grout correctly for long-lasting, high-quality finishes
  • Use mud trowels, grout tools, and tile cutting tools with precision
  • Assist with or install LVP flooring when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and project needs

Qualifications
  • Experience as a Tile Installer, Tile Setter, or similar role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Tile installation techniques
    • Mortar and grout application
