Are you an experienced tile installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and getting the job done right? We are looking for a skilled Tile Installer 2 to join our growing team. In this role, youโ€™ll independently complete tile installation projects while helping lead and mentor newer installers on the crew.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Prepare and level surfaces for tile installation
  • Measure spaces and plan tile layouts accurately
  • Mix mortar and adhesives independently
  • Cut and install tile using manual and power tools
  • Ensure proper spacing, alignment, and finishing of tile work
  • Grout and seal completed installations
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
  • Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Communicate professionally with team members and customers
  • Train and mentor Tile Installer 1 team members
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
Requirements:
  • 2โ€“3 years of tile installation experience required
  • Strong knowledge of tile setting methods, materials, and grouting processes
  • Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements
  • Experience using tile installation tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Valid New Hampshire driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
  • OSHA-10 Certification preferred
  • Mobile device for work communication
  • Ability to pass a medical exam and lift 50 lbs regularly throughout the workday
Physical Requirements

This position is physically demanding and requires:

  • Frequent lifting, carrying, kneeling, bending, and standing
  • Handling tile, stone, mortar, buckets, tools, and other construction materials
  • Working on knees for extended periods of time
  • Ability to independently lift 50 lbs from floor to chest height on a regular basis
