🔨 Carpenter Needed in Central Oregon

We are seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter to join our residential construction team. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone with hands-on experience in framing, finish work, and general carpentry who takes pride in craftsmanship and can work independently or with a crew.


💲 Pay

$23–$30 per hour (DOE)

📍 Location

Projects in Bend, Redmond, and Sunriver, Oregon


🔎 What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

  • ✔️ Have proven carpentry experience in residential construction
  • ✔️ Be able to read and interpret blueprints and plans
  • ✔️ Work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • ✔️ Be punctual, dependable, and detail‑oriented
  • ✔️ Communicate clearly in English
  • ✔️ Be safety‑conscious and follow job site protocols

🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 🪚 Proficiency in framing, siding, trim, and finish carpentry
  • ➕ Experience with concrete forms, tile, and masonry is a plus
  • 📏 Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials
  • 🔧 Own a full set of hand and power tools (or be working toward it)
