Position Summary
The Counter Sales Flooring Representative will assist customers in the showroom with purchasing, order pick-up, and provide product knowledge. We are searching for someone with a positive attitude and strong communication.
Branch: All Tile - CCS/Walcro in Brookfield, WI
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $18-$21/hr
Hiring Bonus! $500 after 30 business days and $500 after 90 business days.
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to customers with a proactive sales approach.
  • Properly enter bids, quotes, and orders for customers, managers, and outside sales personnel.
  • Take telephone sales and provide information services for customers and outside sales personnel.
  • Restock, clean, and organize shelves in the showroom.
  • Support the warehouse with fulfillment when needed.
  • Properly pull orders for customers.
  • Follow the proper opening and closing procedures.
  • Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.
Qualifications
Education amp; Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
Other Qualifications
  • Able to perform basic math skills and reading comprehension.
  • Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Able to work with computers for a long period of time.
  • Be able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening.
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States.
