Job Title: Multi-Skilled Carpenter Residential and Commercial
Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00 Per Hour
Location: Ace Handyman Services of West St Louis County
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and versatile Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our home maintenance team at Ace Handyman Services. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys variety in their daily tasks, and has a broad range of home repair and improvement skills. Youll work independently or as part of a team to complete residential and commercial maintenance and repair jobs efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including (but not limited to):
    • Carpentry (doors, trim, cabinetry, framing)
    • Basic Plumbing (fixture replacement, leak repairs, minor installations)
    • Basic Electrical (outlet/switch replacement, light fixture installation)
    • Drywall repair and painting
    • Tile installation and grouting
    • General handyman work
    • Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs with minimal supervision
    • Ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Accurately track time, materials used, and job progress
    • Communicate effectively with customers and office staff
    • Adherent to safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance, remodeling, or general handyman services
