Maintenance Technician/Handyman | Las Vegas, NV


Nexeo Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician / Commercial Handyman for a growing commercial construction and facility maintenance company serving retail and commercial properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley. This hands-on position involves commercial maintenance, tenant improvements, commercial remodeling, drywall repair, carpentry, tile installation, and general construction projects. If you have experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, carpenter, or construction professional, this is a great opportunity to join a stable team with long-term growth potential.


Responsibilities

• Perform commercial maintenance and repair work at retail and commercial properties.

• Assist with tenant improvement and commercial remodeling projects.

• Install and repair cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and commercial furniture.

• Perform drywall repair, patching, texturing, and finishing work.

• Complete basic carpentry, framing, and installation projects.

• Install and repair tile and other finish materials.

• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs independently.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Travel between commercial job sites throughout Clark County as needed.


Qualifications

• Experience in commercial maintenance, handyman work, construction, carpentry, or remodeling.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with drywall repair, cabinet installation, tile work, and general construction.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials and tools.

• Personal hand tools are a plus but not required.

• Stable work history and dependable attendance.

• Commercial maintenance experience preferred.

• Tenant improvement or retail remodeling experience preferred.

• Finish carpentry experience preferred.

• Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, fixture installation, and repair.

• Experience working at multiple commercial job sites.


Pay

$22.00 per hour


Schedule

Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
