We're looking for installers who can step onto a commercial jobsite and consistently deliver quality work with professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in every installation.

Responsibilities
- Install commercial and luxury residential tile to the highest quality standards.
- Read plans, perform layouts, and maintain accurate elevations and grout joints.
- Install porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, large-format tile, and specialty materials.
- Prepare substrates and follow TCNA standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate field issues before they become costly problems.
- Deliver work that passes inspection the first time.
Required Experience
- 5+ years installing commercial tile.
- Ability to read plans and perform accurate layouts.
- Experience with large-format tile and premium finishes.
- Own professional installation tools.
- Reliable transportation.
- Highly fluent in both English and Spanish.
Highly Valued
- Commercial and luxury high-rise experience.
- Experience with Schluter systems and waterproofing.
- Mud work and wall float experience.
- Experience with epoxy grout and specialty installation systems.
- Ability to mentor apprentices and newer installers.
