Parma Tile is a second generation tile business that began in 1975. We are a multi-line showroom that represents carefully selected brands with attention to quality and sustainability. Since then, we have worked with clients all over the tristate area; from contractors, developers, home owners, movie set designers, etc. We are looking for a dynamic member to join our sales team. As a Parma Tile sales associate, you will guide clients through their specific projects—helping them select everything from tile, setting material and tools. We look forward to receiving your application.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work with a variety of clients, ranging from contractors to designers
  • Quickly grasp product knowledge
  • Assist customers with design of their space and process sales orders
  • Communicate effectively with clients, the warehouse team, and fellow sales team
  • Ability to perform outreach for attaining new clients
  • Ability to learn flooring software and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Willing to work on Saturdays
  • Passion for design and decorating a space
  • Previous experience with tile (not necessary, but a plus)
  • Multilingual (not necessary, but a plus)
