Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Cleaning and maintaining high areas which may need dusting or cleaning such as vents, duct covers, lights & fixtures, beams, signs, columns, ceiling tile and televisions.
• Cleans and maintains offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, escalators, Slot Machines and other work areas.
• Clean parking lot: pick up trash and cigarette butts, sweep, occasionally pressure wash area around entrance and smoke shack.
• Keep front entrance clear of snow and ice: shovel snow from all exit areas of building, apply salt (ice melt) where and when needed.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floor.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and blinds.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties waste baskets and empties and cleans ashtrays.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Keeps storage rooms clean and organized.
• Answers guest's questions about the facility.

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.  High School diploma or equivalent and/or six months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Basic computer knowledge
• Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communicating skills
• Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages etc.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
