Job description

We’re Hiring: Commercial Flooring Estimators (Atlanta/Smyrna area)

Our client is a respected commercial & multifamily flooring contractor based in the Atlanta area — and due to rapid growth, we’re adding 2–3 Estimators to support expanding project volume.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare estimates for commercial & multifamily flooring projects

• Perform takeoffs + interpret plans

• Support sales + estimating lead

• Manage multiple bids under tight deadlines

• Minimal site visits (once/year)

What you need:

• 2–3+ years estimating (flooring strongly preferred)

• Experience with MeasureSquare/RFMS/Callidus

• Strong knowledge of carpet, LVP, tile, hardwood

• Excellent math, plan reading, communication

• Must live within 20 miles of Smyrna, GA

Compensation: $70K–$90K + 401(k) + health insurance

Growth: Join a company scaling toward $30–35M annually with strong relationships & steady demand.
