We’re seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to drive growth, build relationships, and expand our market presence.

What You’ll Do
  • Grow sales and hit targets by developing strong partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and key influencers.
  • Promote innovation by introducing and demonstrating our latest tile and flooring solutions through jobsite visits, hands‑on demos, and professional presentations.
  • Generate new business with specifications, cold calls, and contractor engagement.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects, ensuring outstanding service.
  • Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for sustainable growth.
  • Leverage technology with daily Salesforce CRM updates to manage pipelines and activities.
  • Support quality assurance by reporting product feedback and coordinating solutions with our Technical Service team.
