What You'll Do

Grow the Business

  • Grow sales of ARDEX and HENRY products throughout your territory
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities throughprospecting, networking, and jobsite activity
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans and growth strategies
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and customer engagement

Build Strong Customer Partnerships

  • Develop relationships with distributors, contractors, architects,designers, and other industry influencers
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships while expanding market penetration
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and responsiveness throughoutthe sales process

Provide Technical Expertise

  • Conduct product demonstrations, contractor clinics, andeducational training programs
  • Support contractors on jobsites with product recommendations andtechnical guidance
  • Drive product specification activity within the architectural anddesign community
  • Partner closely with technical, marketing, and customer supportteams to provide complete customer solutions

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent combination ofeducation and relevant industry experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel daily throughout the territory, includingoccasional overnight travel
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and carry up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to safely operate power and non-power tools
