Job Description:
We're looking for charismatic, knowledgeable hosts who are obsessed with all things photos to host TikTok Livestream Shopping events! Our Livestream Shopping Hosts are the experts during the stream who engage with our audiences to sell them the best products at the best deals. You'll have the opportunity to work with one of the most iconic brands, KODAK. If you're passionate about TikTok, social media, and e-commerce, our Livestream Host position may be the perfect fit!

Job Details:
This is a part-time position with shifts during the evenings and Saturdays.
To go live 4 to 6 times per week for 3+ hour shifts.
This is a fast-paced, on-camera livestream sales role. You will speak to a live audience, present products, answer questions, and close sales - all while keeping the high energy and staying on trend with TikTok culture.
This is an on-site position based in our Johns Creek, GA studio. We do not have any remote/hybrid host positions at this time. Candidates MUST be able to commute.
Key Responsibilities:
Hosts livestream shopping events on TikTok while highlighting unique features and benefits of the Kodak brand and its products.
Utilizes product knowledge, audience engagement, product demonstrations, and sales strategies to drive conversion during live events.
Drives a sense of urgency by highlighting exclusive sales, deals, and bundles throughout the livestream shopping event.
Educates viewers on all things tech & gadgets by speaking from an authentic, well-informed place; balancing the personal with the professional is key.
Engages with customers in real-time by responding to comments, answering questions, and building consumer trust.
Partners with the Studio Production Team to create pre-show content to drive engagement and traffic to the livestream events.
Stays up to date on current TikTok trends, products, and customer interests to help drive sales and keep content relevant.
Skills:
Energetic, charismatic, personable, comfortable, and confident in front of the camera with the ability to host a livestream for 3+ hours at a time while maintaining high energy and engagement around the brand and products.
Strong communication skills and a gifted storyteller who can authentically relate their personal experiences back to the product and brand.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to pivot direction in real-time during a livestream in order to support the needs of the stream and its goals.
Ability and comfort to concisely sell products, so consumers clearly understand who needs it, why they need it, and what the benefits are of purchasing during your livestream.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, and a confident and engaging on-camera presence.
Previous sales and customer service experience.
A genuine love of interacting and communicating with diverse live audiences, guiding them to the best products and deals that meet their needs.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Bilingual who can speak both English and Spanish
Familiarity with the TikTok platform and TikTok LIVE Shopping.
Previous experience as an e-commerce livestream shopping host and/or brand ambassador on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other virtual shopping platforms.
Experience as a gamer, streamer, tech wiz, or other relevant experience is always a major plus for our audience!
