About the Role
We’re looking for a TikTok Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions across our TikTok account(s). This role is perfect for someone who understands TikTok culture, communicates clearly, and enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced digital environment.

Objectives of the Role

  • Respond to customer inquiries via TikTok comments, DMs, and TikTok Shop messages.
  • Handle order issues, refunds, exchanges, and general product questions.
  • Monitor comments.
  • Maintain a friendly, on-brand tone in all customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
  • Track common customer concerns and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure quick response times and high customer satisfaction.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, Tik Tok, and social media support required.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and social media trends.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high message volume.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and solution-focused.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools or chat platforms.
