About the Role

Are you passionate about precision and skilled in the art of welding? Join our team as a TIG Welding Technician where you'll utilize your expertise to craft products that meet the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do
  • Execute impeccable welding operations with an emphasis on quality. Validate and inspect all products before passing them for inspection.
  • Work efficiently with time constraints while maintaining machinery in optimal state.
  • Leverage your TIG welding skills to skillfully assemble metal products, ensuring all tools are returned post-project.
  • Communicate challenges to your supervisor and employ strategic problem-solving for typical manufacturing hurdles.
  • Lead discussions with colleagues on workflow efficiencies and propose improvements to the Lean process team leader.
  • Navigate the E2 management system effectively to align with company guidelines.
Your Contribution
  • Adapt to additional responsibilities as required, enforcing safety in all operations.
Expected Outcomes
  • Champion project timeline adherence and ensure all deliverables meet customer and quality expectations.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines in every operation.
Essential Skills
  • Proven expertise in welding thin gauge material with flawless penetration and aesthetic presentation.
  • TIG welding proficiency paired with foundational MIG welding knowledge.
  • Mathematical acumen and skill in handling shop tools proficiently.
  • Blueprint and technical document literacy relevant to machinery operations.
  • A continuous improvement mindset ready to challenge and enhance processes for efficacy.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication capabilities.
  • Basic computer skills and inspection gauge knowledge.
Background & Certification
  • At least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience with a valid driver's license.
