Overview

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI. If you have a passion for precision welding and a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will work with a variety of materials and contribute to exciting projects in a collaborative environment. Your expertise in TIGwelding will be essential as you help us maintain our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
  • Perform TIG welding on a variety of materials, ensuring high-quality welds that meet specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Troubleshoot welding issues and implement effective solutions to maintain production flow.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize welding processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a TIG Welder; MIG welding experience is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve welding issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

You should be proficient in:
