Job description

Advanced Process Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Orbital Welder to join our precision fabrication team at our manufacturing center of excellence in Blue Ridge, Texas facility. This role is critical to the production of high-purity fluid handling systems and components manufactured for the semiconductor industry.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating orbital welding equipment (Arc Machines, Swagelok, Orbitalum, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience welding stainless steel tubing (316L SS) in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or high-purity industrial environments
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and weld procedure specifications
  • Ability to pass weld qualification testing per APS and customer weld procedure specifications
  • Manual GTAW (TIG) welding experience on stainless and exotic alloys
  • Experience working in ISO-certified cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with semiconductor fab equipment or chemical delivery system fabrication

Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Vocational / technical training in welding technology preferred
  • AWS or equivalent welding certification preferred
