Job description
Requirements • In depth networking troubleshooting knowledge • Test and repair software/hardware/routing issues in the customer WAN/LAN environment • Excellent working and troubleshooting knowledge of Routing Protocols and Multiple CPE vendors: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc. Minimum Qualifications: In depth network troubleshooting experience on a Layer 2-3 network. 5 years+ of Tier 3 experience in a Network Operations Center as network engineer.
Extensive Experience with network management tools and solving complex networking problems. Must have the ability to work in highly closed spaces.
