• Conduct initial assessments via video sessions to evaluate patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, using culturally responsive and evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Regularly review patient progress through comprehensive documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Provide ongoing support and practical tools to clients, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
• Facilitate referrals and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Engage in professional development activities and attend scheduled training sessions to enhance counseling skills and stay abreast of current practices in mental health.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with various mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience in providing mental health counseling.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and a robust knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital therapy tools, with an emphasis on ensuring client confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with diverse populations.

• Experience delivering therapy in a virtual setting, showcasing adaptability to new technology and methods.
• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills with the capacity to maintain calmness in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with community resources and collaborative care approaches to support comprehensive treatment.
