Job Description:

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services (SHRSS) is seeking a dynamic Regional Director, Paid Digital Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of paid digital and social campaigns across one of the most recognized entertainment brands in the world.

At the center of this role is the organization's Ticketmaster partnership. You'll work directly with properties across Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming to drive ticket sales and associated revenue for live events — owning the ongoing strategy and execution of every digital campaign behind ticketed events in the Hard Rock portfolio, and using dynamic data, audience targeting, and marketing technology to make those campaigns as efficient and effective as possible.

Beyond ticketing, you'll partner with Hard Rock's media buying and creative agencies of record to run paid digital and social campaigns across properties and divisions — including Hard Rock Hotels, Hard Rock Cafe, Unity by Hard Rock, and additional brand partnerships. The role spans end-to-end campaign management, ad operations, data facilitation, tracking, channel optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the direct marketing partnership with Ticketmaster, guiding budget allocation, strategy, and execution of entertainment-focused digital campaigns
  • Implement Ticketmaster marketing assets across designated Hard Rock Live venues — including digital and social campaigns, email marketing, and Live Analytics — to maximize ticket sales opportunities
  • Implement and troubleshoot proper tracking mechanisms across owned and operated channels for Hard Rock Live campaigns, contributing to campaign attribution and artist-specific tracking
  • Provide strategic management of paid digital and social campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other trade desks
  • Serve as the strategic partner and central resource for marketing and media buying leads across HRI properties and divisions, providing insight, strategy, and recommendations
  • Direct media buying and creative agencies through efficient workflows, feedback loops, and ongoing project management
  • Partner with the Hard Rock brand partnerships team to maximize digital and social deliverables associated with ongoing sponsorships
  • Create a consistent organic-to-paid workflow that strengthens paid social amplification, audience development, and creative learnings across the broader paid digital ecosystem
  • Partner with the Director of Ticketing & Entertainment Analytics and the Vice President of Entertainment to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
  • Bridge Hard Rock analytics and agency teams to drive 1P data activation, including proper UTM architecture, audience layering, and suppression lists
  • Facilitate ongoing strategic initiatives for SHRSS digital and social, including data utilization, consumer targeting, campaign attribution, competitive benchmarking, and AI implementation
  • Own performance monitoring and reporting across all active paid campaigns, surfacing anomalies and reallocating spend to optimize results
  • Develop points of view (POVs) on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on paid digital media experience, with direct campaign management across paid social and paid search, including Meta and Google Ads (SA360 a plus); experience with Ticketmaster platforms and tools (e.g., Live Analytics, TM1, Archtics) strongly preferred
  • Experience in event-based entertainment campaigns, including artist-level attribution, ROAS efficiency, and ticket sales optimization
  • Demonstrated experience managing campaigns at scale across multiple properties
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bid strategy, funnel-stage creative, and conversion optimization
  • Experience working within or alongside a media agency; comfort navigating agency/client dynamics and holding agency partners accountable
  • Proven ability to partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., analytics, entertainment, and property marketing leadership) and tailor strategy and reporting to their needs
  • Curiosity and demonstrated interest in emerging marketing technologies, including AI applications in campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative, or analytics
  • Proficiency with campaign reporting and data visualization, and ability to pull insights from platform dashboards and translate them into clear recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills; able to present performance data to non-technical stakeholders (property marketing leads)
  • Working knowledge of paid search and paid social platforms and tools, including Google Ads, SA360, Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube, DV360, programmatic display buying, Tealium, and Adobe Analytics
  • Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting campaign tracking, including UTM architecture, tagging governance, and pixel / server-side event tracking

Work Environment:

  • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting.

Pre-Employment Process:

  • Employment with Seminole Hard Rock Support Services requires successful completion of the pre-employment process; to include a satisfactory background check.

Closing:

  • Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is an equal opportunity employer. We strive to foster an inclusive workplace culture for every team member. Seminole Hard Rock Support Services welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
