About Relentless Beats
Born from the desire of founder Thomas Turner to bring underground music to Arizona, Relentless Beats has climbed the ranks to be recognized as one of the Southwest's most prolific independent promoters. From club shows to music festivals, Relentless Beats now produces over 400 events a year, featuring close to 500 unique artists in states that include Arizona, New Mexico, Hawaii, and Texas. Marquee events include Goldrush Music Festival, PHXLIGHTS, Body Language, DUSK, Decadence AZ, and several concert series featuring some of the globe's biggest acts.
About the Box Office Associate Position 
The Box Office Associate will be responsible for selling tickets, monitoring fan entry, and providing exceptional customer service to patrons. This individual will work closely with our event coordinators and venue staff to ensure smooth ticketing operations. This position will generally be for Special Events and Festivals, however, Club Show shifts may be available. Weekend availability is required as the bulk of our events are held on weekends.
We are currently hiring for Goldrush 2026 and Decadence 2026. Future opportunities may be available  based off performance.
Key Responsibilities in the Position Include:
  • First point of contact with fans and guests attending Relentless Beats events.
  • Processes will call and guestlist pickup transactions.
  • Sells tickets via ticket system.
  • Scans tickets for entry.
  • Provides friendly customer service to fans and helps troubleshoot when needed.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and occasional holidays
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Work Location & Hours
Work will take place on site of the events - typical set up starts an hour before doors open.

Physical Requirements
