Job description

We are seeking a Program Document Control Associate to join our growing team. The Program Document Control Assoicate is a key link between departments, that supports operational excellence, drives efficiencies, and helps maintain the trust of our customers and business partners.ย

The Program Document Control Associateย is vital to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across customer portfolios and internal processes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Care and Advocacy and the business.

    • Maintain strong working relationships with Legal, Customer Billing, and Finance teams.

  • Assist in the proactive management of customer portfolios through ticketing, applications, and addendum collection related to:

    • Site/Portfolio Sales

    • Site/Portfolio Relocations

    • Program Breaches

      • Financial

      • Customer Requested

    • EHVAC/R Requests

    • Aborted Technologies Installations

Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work both as a team player and independently.

  • Creative problem solver with the ability to multi-task.

  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite products.

  • Minimum High School Degree; Associate Degree preferred.

  • Availability: Part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday only (no weekends). Options: Morning (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET) or Afternoon (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM ET).
