Toshiba International Corporation (TIC) is seeking a Sales Trainee to join our Motors & Drives Division. This is a hands-on, structured development program designed to turn high-potential early-career talent into future sales professionals.
You'll spend your first 6 months training at our Houston headquarters, rotating through key departments to gain real-world experience with our products, customers, and sales organization-before launching into a full-time sales role.
What You'll Do
  • Participate in a structured rotational program across sales, engineering, operations, and customer support
  • Learn Toshiba's motors, drives, and industrial product applications
  • Support quoting, order management, and customer interactions
  • Work alongside experienced sales professionals and engineers
  • Gain exposure to distributors, customer accounts, and real projects

What You'll Learn
This program provides foundational training in:
