Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Technical Skills
• 3forge AMI Platform:
o Hands-on experience developing dashboards, widgets, tables, and complex visualisation components in 3forge AMI.
o Knowledge of AMI scripting, server configurations, and 3forge API usage.
• Programming Languages:
o Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for extending and integrating AMI applications.
• Database & Data Handling:
o Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, or PostgreSQL.
o Familiarity with real-time data streams via Kafka, ActiveMQ, or TIBCO EMS.
• Data Integration & APIs:
o Building connectors between AMI and external data sources (REST APIs, WebSockets, etc.).
o Strong understanding of JSON, XML, and data serialisation formats.
• Performance & Optimization:
o Ability to tune data refresh rates, caching, and rendering logic for large datasets.
• Version Control & DevOps:
o Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Jenkins or similar tools.
• Environment:
o Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments; basic shell scripting is a plus.
