Full Time LPN Jefferson County Jail
Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Jefferson County Jail Georgia
Day Shift
Thursday & Friday: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Every Other Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Southern Health Partners is looking for a Full Time LPN to join the healthcare team at Jefferson County Jail. This unique schedule offers a consistent rotation while giving you the opportunity to provide meaningful patient care in a correctional healthcare setting.
You'll work alongside a dedicated medical team to provide quality care to patients while maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment.
What You'll Do
  • Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the correctional facility
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions
  • Respond to medical needs and emergencies
  • Communicate with healthcare providers and the medical team
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Promote a safe and therapeutic healthcare environment

What We're Looking For
  • Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Georgia
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
