Revive and Thrive Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing clinical team in a remote setting. The Licensed Professional Counselor will fulfill the following key responsibilities:

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, conducting thorough assessments to understand their mental health challenges.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans that enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities such as workshops, training, and clinical consultations to stay abreast of current mental health trends and practices.

Our client population encompasses a diverse array of individuals ranging from children to adults seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. The counselor's role is pivotal in providing a safe and welcoming environment, fostering rapport and trust to facilitate open dialogue and therapeutic growth.

The following qualifications are required for this role:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic applications.
• Comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills contributing to strong rapport with clients.
• A proven ability to collaborate with healthcare teams, enhancing client-centered care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling.

• Demonstrated success in utilizing technology for therapeutic services, particularly teletherapy.

Revive and Thrive Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
