Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a 136-bed inpatient facility located in the eastern portion of Lexington County. Three Rivers Behavioral Health specializes in psychiatric and chemical dependency services for adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Three Rivers continuum of care includes adolescent residential treatment, inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment for addictions.
