Join us as a Machinist II in our Delavan, WI facility.

You will perform operations necessary to set up, gage, and production run castings on a CNC lathe or Mill

Job Duties:

  • Set-up machines where detail and operating procedures are standardized
    and obvious
  • Utilize CNC equipment, manual machines, precision measuring equipment,
    overhead hoists, hand tools/power tools/air tools and refractometer
  • Must be able to read part drawings using GD&T
  • Know how to use precision measuring gages to check dimensions
  • Maintain proper coolant ratios and levels and perform autonomous
    maintenance tasks
  • Perform operations necessary to face, turn, bore, chamfer, grove, thread,
    drill, tap, and deburr a variety of materials and parts

Key Qualifications:

  • Must have 3+ years of CNC Mill and Lathe setup and operation experience
  • Must have GD&T and print comprehension and understand shop math
  • Must be able to multi-task to keep production running smoothly

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

  • 2nd shift: 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday
  • 8% shift differential for 2nd shift

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $28 to $30/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Determination of pay rate may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
