Roll Thread Setup Operator; 1st shift 6am-2:30pm; $24.00/hour

What You'll Do


As a Roll Thread Operator, you'll be part of our team located in Elyria, OH. You'll get to:
Setup and operate Roll Thread machine.
Change tooling for job setup, replace tooling and make adjustments as necessary.
Pull tooling from Tool Crib and document on the tooling sign-out sheet.
Adjust machine setting as required.
Read & interpret shop order to produce parts to specifications.
Use appropriate gauges to check product and ensure that parts meet quality specifications.
Enter production into kiosk and move product to next operation.
Perform daily maintenance on machines.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace. Follow all health and safety regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.


Who You Are

High School diploma or equivalent.
Prior Roll Thread operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
Prior Tow Motor experience.
Prior experience using gauges preferred.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment requiring the employee to stand and walk for majority of an 8 to 10-hour day.
Bend, lift product, equipment and tools up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
Push or pull product up to 200 pounds.
Use hand tools up to 20 pounds over extended periods of time
