Seeking Applicants – Large Press Set-Up Operator III

As a Large Press Set-Up Operator III, you will set up and run large presses to produce high-quality stamped parts safely and efficiently. You’ll use your experience to support production, mentor junior operators, and work with toolroom and maintenance teams to meet customer and delivery requirements.

What you will do

· Set up and run large presses and complex tooling (draw, form, progressive dies)

· Read blueprints and work instructions to produce quality parts efficiently

· Inspect parts using precision measuring tools

· Troubleshoot press or die issues and work with toolroom/maintenance

· Train and support Level I amp; II operators

· Follow safety standards and enter production data

Requirements:

· Minimum 4 years of press setup experience

· Read and write English

· HS Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to see and hear with vision including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment

· Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift

· Frequent use of hands for handling, reaching, and operating equipment

· Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus during long shifts

· Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
