Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay: $22.00/hr ($19.00/hour + $3.00/hour Shift Premium)

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands? We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our overnight production team in Dubuque, IA.
As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment to ensure quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently. What You'll Do
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to work instructions.
  • Load and unload parts and materials while maintaining production flow.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform routine machine adjustments and notify maintenance of equipment issues when needed.
  • Complete production records and required documentation accurately.
  • Maintain production goals while following all safety procedures.
  • Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production throughout the shift.
  • Cross-train in other production areas as needed.
  • Assist with additional production duties and projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is helpful but not required-we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 65 lbs, and rarely up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout an entire shift.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Dependable with a positive work ethic.
  • Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment
This position is performed in a production/manufacturing setting and requires standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift. You'll work around industrial machinery while following established safety procedures to produce high-quality products.
