Hill Threaded Products has been helping businesses stay productive since 1981. As a locally owned industrial distributor, we supply fasteners, industrial supplies, safety products, tools, and inventory management solutions to manufacturers, agriculture, food processors, oil & gas companies, fabricators, and other industrial customers throughout Central California.

We're looking for a motivated Outside Customer Service Rep who enjoys working independently, building customer relationships, and solving problems. This isn't just a delivery route—it's an opportunity to become a trusted partner to your customers by helping them keep their operations running efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Manage an assigned group of customer accounts through our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program.
  • Prepare customer orders accurately in our warehouse before scheduled deliveries.
  • Deliver products to customer locations on established service routes.
  • Count inventory and replenish products based on agreed stocking levels.
  • Create replenishment orders based on inventory usage and customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customer personnel through dependable, professional service.
  • Identify inventory issues, changing product needs, and opportunities to improve customer operations.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and communicate effectively with internal teams.
  • Support our Outside Sales Representatives by serving as an extension of their customer service efforts.
  • Represent Hill Threaded Products with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For
