Thompson Pipe Group is now looking for General Laborer who will Assists with assigned responsibilities such as finishing, patching, building cages, and or operating equipment. 
Essential Job Functions 
  •  Will use hand tools such as the hammer, sledgehammer, wrench, pliers to accomplish daily
  •  Lifts and carries materials and tools throughout work areas using appropriate
  •  Always Maintains neat and orderly work areas
  •  Completing final finish on a poured concrete product, using power tools and hand tools
  •  Use hand tools such as the hammer, sledgehammer, wrench, pliers to accomplish daily
  •  Assist with the install of plates, rebar, and wire, insulation, lifters, reveals, and
  •  Taping and cutting strand, cleaning Burks, bagging in blackouts, finish exposed sides
  •  Patch Concrete Pipes- blending structural concrete, working with many different raw
  •  Finish product in an attractive manner free of cracks and imperfections
  •  Removing rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concrete
     May be required to use a pressure washer and/or sandblasting equipment
  •  Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety
  •  Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are Bring problems to the attention of Safety Team/ Supervisor
  •  Reports any problems or discrepancies to

Education and Experience 
  •  Must be able to follow instructions both verbally and in writing
  •  Ability to use hand
  •  3Months- 6 Months- Construction
  •  3Months- 6 Months - Landscaping
  •  3-6 Months - Manufacturing Precast Concrete(Preferred)
  •  Teamwork environment
  •  Forklift Certifications are a plus
