Position: Community Engagement Associate (Canvasser)

Immediate Hiring for a growing home improvement company! We are looking for outgoing and energetic individuals to schedule appointments with homeowners. Earn $50K-$75K – no experience required!

This is a FIELD job. You’ll work outdoors and meet homeowners.

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with old or damaged windows, doors, or roofing
  • Speak with homeowners and educate them on products and financing options
  • Schedule FREE in-home consultations and presentations – no selling required!

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing and energetic personality
  • Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
  • Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners
  • Reliable transportation (car/truck)
