Digital Solutions Manager, Checkout & Customer

Location: Greensboro, NC (Remote considered for

strong candidates in Eastern/Central time zones)

Overview

Seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to own and enhance key

customer-facing areas of a global ecommerce platform, including Checkout, My

Account, Returns & Exchanges, Email/SMS Sign-Up, and Consent Management.

This role blends Product Ownership, Project Management, Platform Support, and

Business Analysis responsibilities while partnering closely with Ecommerce,

Marketing, Customer Service, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize product backlogs for Checkout and Customer Experience functionality.
  • Create user stories, define requirements, and participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and standups.
  • Serve as the business owner and subject matter expert for customer-facing website functionality.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Ecommerce, Marketing, IT, Logistics, Customer Service, and third-party partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying friction points, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions.
  • Support and optimize customer data integrations, including Email, SMS, and preference management platforms.
  • Conduct testing, issue resolution, and business user support for assigned platform areas.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecommerce, preferably within retail, apparel, footwear, or consumer goods.
  • 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Manager, or similar experience.
  • Strong experience writing user stories and working within Agile environments.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with CRM, CDP, ESP, or customer engagement platforms.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience.
  • Experience managing third-party website integrations involving customer data.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, checkout flows, account management, returns, and order management functionality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  • Product Owner or Product Manager certification.
  • MBA.
  • Experience supporting global ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing integrations.
