License Administrator- Calgary, Canada

Job Responsibilities:

  • The main responsibility of the License Administrator is to process orders and license requests for the Commercial Operations group.

  • Work with the team to process all Orders and licenses.

  • Keep up with Email requests on a daily basis.

  • Maintain records of orders

  • Assist with support and other order/license tasks as necessary.


Job Skills:

  • Good understanding of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good teamwork skills.

  • Drive, commitment and energy within a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance/Accounting

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, Salesforce is a plus.
