B&N Water/Wastewater Treatment Process Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the design and construction phases of water and wastewater treatment projects
  • Assist in providing leadership and growth for established regional water/wastewater group
  • Organize and schedule design and construction phases of projects
  • Train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects
  • Delegate and supervise work for multiple engineers over various projects
  • Actively participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client exemplary experience by delivering work on schedule and budget

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration
  • 10+ years of related water/wastewater experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with directing the production and review of design drawings; has knowledge of incorporating AutoCAD design
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly driven and motivated to achieve and drive production for process engineering design group
