Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Service

Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of

call types, including online banking and credit card inquiries, and provide

exceptional client service. This role requires a long-term career mindset,

strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities, and the ability to think

outside the box.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service by researching and resolving problems and errors.
  • Support clients and branches with online and mobile banking, as well as other loan-related transactions.
  • Contribute to the achievement of department service quality goals.
  • Proactively assess clients' service needs, resolve inquiries, provide account information, and perform various transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Expand existing client relationships by cross-selling products and services or referring clients to appropriate sales staff.
  • Utilize computerized systems to gather information, troubleshoot, and track calls.
  • Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.

Pay and Benefits
