Are you ready to make a difference and have a blast while doing it? First Discovery Children’s Academy is on the lookout for a Pre-K Lead & Assistant Teacher to join our vibrant team in Virginia!

We’re not your average childcare center we’re a family-oriented, creativity-driven space where laughter, learning, and imagination are part of the daily curriculum. From silly songs to science experiments, we’re all about finding new ways to make learning unforgettable.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that foster early childhood education and literacy.
  • Create a nurturing classroom environment where all students feel safe and supported.
  • Monitor child development to meet ensure each child is meeting their individual needs.
  • Collaborate closely with parents and fellow staff to guide each child's learning journey.
  • Ensure a safe environment by maintaining up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications.

  • A passion for nurturing and inspiring little learners.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a childcare setting.
  • CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid certification? Bonus points!
