Job description

We are seeking a Secure Enterprise Browser DevOps Engineer with strong production support and reliability engineering experience. The role focuses on maintaining the availability, performance, security, and scalability of enterprise browser platforms while automating operational processes and supporting production environments.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage the reliability, availability, performance, and production support of secure enterprise browser platforms.
  • Configure and maintain access and identity controls, including Group Policy, SAML/SSO, and role-based access.
  • Manage browser and extension lifecycles, including version upgrades, staged rollouts, validation, and rollback.
  • Develop automation for deployment, configuration, monitoring, health checks, and operational processes.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
  • Implement observability, monitoring, SLO/SLI metrics, performance analytics, and capacity monitoring.
  • Lead production incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for high-impact events.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and implement permanent corrective and preventive solutions.
  • Identify and eliminate operational toil through automation and process improvements.
  • Implement security, access controls, audit logging, and compliance requirements for enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with SRE, security, engineering, and incident response teams to improve platform resilience.
  • Provide on-call support and ensure production environments remain stable and operational.
Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience supporting business-critical production environments with reliability, availability, and on-call ownership.
  • Strong Linux administration and scripting/programming skills using Python and Bash.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management.
  • Experience with enterprise browser or endpoint management, including Group Policy, SAML/SSO, and extension management.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD, automation, monitoring, observability, and automated health checks.
  • Production incident management, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) experience.
  • Experience implementing automation to reduce operational effort and improve platform reliability.
  • Strong understanding of system performance, availability, scalability, and capacity management.
Preferred Skills
  • Enterprise browser, VDI, or thin-client platform experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SRE practices, including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and blameless postmortems.
  • Experience with canary deployments, progressive delivery, feature flags, and automated rollback.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with strong audit and compliance requirements.
  • SQL experience for telemetry and operational data analysis.
  • Experience with operational dashboards and monitoring platforms.
