Cancellation Policy: Children's retains the right to cancel up to one (1) shift, or twelve (12) hours, per Contract Personnel per 2 week pay-period without any penalties, subject to at least a two (2) hour notification to Contract Provider. For any other shift cancellations beyond (1) shift provided herein, Children's shall pay the guaranteed hours such Contract Personnel for all cancelled shifts. For all other cancellations, Children's shall use its best efforts to provide fourteen (14) days' notice of cancellation of a Contract Personnel assignment. If Children's cancels a Contract Personnel assignment less than fourteen (14) days prior to the assignment start date, Agency reserves the right to bill Children's for two weeks at the hourly applicable rate if Children's chooses not to or is unable to find another assignment for the Contract Personnel commensurate with the Contract Personnel's experience and qualifications.
