Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Cottonwood,, Arizona.

  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Arizona license required for submission, or must have already applied and be able to provide ETA for license approval
