This position will be conducted onsite in our modern outpatient office, designed for optimal patient interaction and care. As a Physical Therapist at our practice, you will find a supportive environment that values teamwork and innovation. The office operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a balanced work-life experience for our staff.

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients' physical conditions to devise individualized treatment plans that align with medical directives.
• Implement advanced and specialized therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities, exercise regimens, and hands-on techniques.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, documenting responses to treatment and progress towards rehabilitation goals.
• Foster excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication with patients, explaining treatment plans, and addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare providers—including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation aides—to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of treatment.
• Train and mentor aides, assistants, interns, and volunteers, guiding them in daily tasks and professional best practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute feedback to enhance patient care protocols and operational processes.

Our practice serves a diverse patient population seeking rehabilitation for various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will engage with patients of all ages, tailoring your approach to cater to their unique needs and rehabilitation timelines.

• A Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid and unencumbered California Physical Therapy license.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and colleagues.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of physical rehabilitation modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and communication.
