School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full or Part Time Available | Olympia, WA | 2026-2027 School Year | Multiple Positions

Ampersand Therapy is seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Olympia, Washington. Whether you're an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Highlights:

  • Location: Olympia, WA
  • Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) - School Setting
  • Schedule: Full or Part Time, 2025-2026 school year
  • Setting: In-person
  • Start Date: Late August 2026(exact date TBD)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation
  • Conduct evaluations and write reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:

  • Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license
  • Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
